Omni Air International is seeking a Manager of Purchasing, Repairs, and AOG to organize and manage all purchases, repairs, and AOG part movements. The role emphasizes vendor relations, contract compliance, and cross-functional leadership to support Omni’s fleet.

The ideal candidate has strong negotiation, communication, and adaptability skills, plus experience in purchasing or aviation, and the ability to work outside normal hours to support global operations.

Qualifications

• Two years of purchasing, inventory or aviation experience preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong negotiation skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Must pass background and pre-employment drug screen.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship.

Responsabilités

• Organize and manage all purchases, repairs, and AOG part movements.
• Maintain vendor relationships to ensure best price and quality.
• Train and supervise Purchasing personnel and oversee evaluations.
• Manage quotations, ensure timely parts movements, and compliance with contracts.
• Support global operations and maintain inventory databases.
• Prepare departmental training materials and presentations.
