Job Title: Purchasing Manager

Location: Tallahassee, Florida

Duration of Assignment: 12 Months contract to hire role

Pay Range: $35.00/hr to $40.00/hr

Job Description:

Are you detail-oriented, highly organized, and skilled in vendor payments and financial tracking? Do you thrive in a fast-paced IT environment, ensuring smooth and timely invoice processing? If so, we’re looking for an IT Vendor Payment Coordinator to join our team!

What You’ll Do:

• Manage Vendor Payments & Invoices – Ensure purchase orders (POs) and vendor invoices (monthly or deliverable-based) are submitted, approved, and processed on time.
• Collaborate with Vendors & Internal Teams – Work closely with vendors, IT teams, and finance departments to resolve payment discrepancies and maintain smooth operations.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in vendor management, finance, procurement, or accounts payable – particularly within IT or technical services.
• Strong analytical & communication skills – Ability to resolve discrepancies and keep internal/external stakeholders aligned.
• Proficiency in Excel, Smartsheet, Word, and Teams – Experience tracking invoices and generating reports.
