White Lodging Services, Inc. is seeking a procurement professional to oversee purchasing, receiving, storage, and distribution of F&B products across our portfolio. You will ensure compliance with procurement programs and drive cost efficiency through strong vendor management.

The role requires leadership to supervise a team, develop forecasts, and collaborate with accounting on month-end close. Experience in hospitality procurement and inventory control is essential.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

• Oversee purchasing, receiving, storage, and distribution of all food and beverage products.
• Maintain strong compliance with procurement programs and vendor standards.
• Manage the receipt, inspection, storage, and inventory tracking of all products delivered to the hotel.
• Conduct and supervise monthly inventories and reconcile discrepancies between physical and recorded inventory.
• Serve as the property expert for purchasing systems and platforms, including Clearsky and related tools.
• Coordinate closely with Accounting to support accurate and efficient month-end processes.
• Monitor product quality, vendor deliveries, shortages, and discrepancies, and communicate issues to leadership.
• Maintain accurate inventory rotation, labeling, and storage procedures to minimize waste and shrinkage.
• Develop purchasing forecasts and assist with budgeting and cost allocation across departments.
• Manage vendor relationships and procurement contracts to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and service standards.
• Lead the safe transport and delivery of products throughout the hotel.
• Monitor slow-moving inventory and recommend solutions to improve inventory control and reduce costs.
