Job summary

White Lodging is seeking a detail‑oriented procurement professional to oversee purchasing, receiving, storage and distribution of all food and beverage products across our hotels.

You will manage inventories, vendor relationships, and month‑end processes to ensure accuracy, cost efficiency and compliance. This role offers comprehensive benefits, growth opportunities and a fast‑paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in procurement/purchasing within hospitality or similar industries.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong vendor management and communication with stakeholders.
• Experience using inventory management systems and Microsoft Office tools.
• Knowledge of purchasing operations, inventory control, and vendor management.
• Ability to supervise, train, and lead a team effectively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee purchasing, receiving, storage, and distribution of all food and beverage products.
• Maintain compliance with procurement programs and vendor standards.
• Manage receipt, inspection, storage, and inventory tracking of products delivered to the hotel.
• Conduct and supervise monthly inventories and reconcile discrepancies between physical and recorded inventory.
• Serve as the property expert for purchasing systems and platforms, including Clearsky and related tools.
• Coordinate with Accounting to support accurate and efficient month-end processes.
• Monitor product quality, vendor deliveries, shortages, and discrepancies, and communicate issues to leadership.
• Maintain accurate inventory rotation, labeling and storage procedures to minimize waste and shrinkage.
• Develop purchasing forecasts and assist with budgeting and cost allocation across departments.
• Manage vendor relationships and procurement contracts to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and service standards.
• Lead the safe transport and delivery of products throughout the hotel.
• Monitor slow-moving inventory and recommend solutions to improve inventory control and reduce costs.
