Job summary

Valar Atomics is seeking a dynamic Purchasing Leader to build and manage a high-impact team of Buyers across direct and indirect spend. You will drive on-time, on-quality procurement and develop scalable policies that align with the company’s aggressive production ramp.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years in purchasing, including leadership experience, in a fast-paced, regulated environment. This is an on-site position in the United States with comprehensive equity and growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or Operations.
• 8+ years of purchasing or supply chain experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Experience managing both direct and indirect spend categories.
• Hands-on ERP/MRP-driven environment experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Buyers and Senior Buyers across direct and indirect spend.
• Own KPI delivery and drive corrective actions.
• Escalate and resolve supplier issues and schedule risks.
• Standardize and scale purchasing processes and controls across the team.
