Job summary

OmniSite is a small family-owned manufacturing company seeking an experienced Inside Sales & Purchasing Associate to support purchasing, inventory management, and order fulfillment. You will be the primary contact for purchasing and help customers with order entry, status updates, lead times, and returns.

Approximately 75–80% of the role focuses on purchasing and supplier relationships, with 20–25% in inside sales and customer service, collaborating with Operations, Engineering, Production, and

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor degree with purchasing experience in manufacturing/tech.
• Experience negotiating with vendors and managing supplier relationships.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems (Odoo, QuickBooks or similar).
• Strong Excel/Outlook/Office skills.
• Knowledge of purchasing, inventory control and logistics processes.
• Familiarity with international shipping, tariffs, customs documentation, or supplier management.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders and order entry.
• Follow up with customers regarding order status.
• Communicate lead times and delivery expectations.
• Coordinate vendor relations and supplier performance.
• Coordinate international shipments and compliance.
