Job summary

Omega Holdings seeks a Customer Service & Sales Support Specialist to assist customers, sales, purchasing, and internal teams. The role handles orders, inquiries, account maintenance, and BC system support to ensure smooth processing.

Key duties include processing quotes, checking pricing and availability, building customer relationships, and providing product and technical support across departments. Experience with BC and ERP/EDI is a plus for this hands-on role.

Qualifications

• Customer service, sales support, or related experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively with customers and internal teams.
• Strong computer skills; experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is a plus.
• Experience with ERP systems, EDI, inventory, or technical product support is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process quotes and orders by phone, email, and online portals.
• Check pricing, product availability, backorders, and ETAs.
• Build strong customer relationships and resolve customer concerns.
• Provide product and technical support, including part cross-referencing and application assistance.
• Support inside and outside sales teams with customer inquiries, promotions, reports, forecasts, and pricing.
• Work with Purchasing to address inventory shortages and customer forecasts.
• Coordinate with Shipping, Warehouse, Accounting, IT, and other departments to ensure orders are processed accurately and on time.
• Process RMAs, credit memos, SSRs, and Certificates of Compliance as needed.
• Maintain customer accounts, contacts, portals, and part information.
• Assist with EDI issues and Business Central (BC) testing, troubleshooting, and training.
• Support customer collections and other team needs as assigned.
