Suburban Enterprises is seeking a Purchasing Assistant to support the Purchasing team with accurate data, order processing, and inventory coordination. You will engage with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely procurement and smooth communication across departments.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, ERP/inventory software familiarity, and the ability to advance within a self-directed work environment.

Formación

1-3 years of purchasing experience or training.
Familiarity with ERP and/or inventory software.
Proficient in PC use, Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsabilidades

Enter and maintain accurate order, purchasing, and inventory data in company systems.
Process order acknowledgements and ensure accuracy and completeness.
Monitor inventory requests related to field and machine moves.
Track supplier shipments and follow up on purchase orders for timely delivery.
Coordinate material returns and credit processing.
Partner with Accounts Payable to investigate invoice discrepancies.
Assist with supplier performance evaluations.
Maintain records for quoting projects and provide needed support.
