Europa Village is seeking a Purchasing Agent to oversee purchasing, shipping, and receiving for the resort. The role requires attention to detail, strong clerical skills to track records, and the ability to work with vendors to ensure timely deliveries.

Ideal candidates have experience in food & beverage purchasing and knowledge of safety regulations. This is a full-time, on-site role at Europa Village in Temecula, CA with opportunities for growth in inventory control and supplier relations.

Qualifications

• Fluent in speaking, reading, and writing English.
• Experience with purchasing, shipping, receiving, and tracking systems.
• Familiar with OSHA, health department regulations, and hazardous material laws.
• Resort or food & beverage experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Purchase all approved food, beverage, and operating supplies to meet daily resort needs.
• Receive and inspect deliveries to confirm they match orders and standards.
• Maintain inventory and stock rotation across storerooms.
• Deliver and distribute goods to appropriate departments.
• Manage vendor relationships and monitor market conditions.
• Maintain records for receiving, invoices, requisitions, and inventory reporting.
• Oversee liquor, beer, and wine storeroom operations and inventories.
• Follow safety, cleanliness, and company policies.
