Qualifications

• Sophomore status and pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field with GPA 2.5+.
• Experience with PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Microsoft Teams and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Learn item code logic and product nomenclature and use these skills in computer systems.
• Familiarize with market reports and zone pricing to gain pricing awareness.
• Maintain timely control of orders, amendments, shipping notices, and documents.
• Manage vendor performance to ensure timely orders per terms.
• Respond to inquiries from other departments regarding invoicing, orders, and quotes.
• Identify areas of wasted time and propose improvements.
