Job summary

Schaeffler invites high-potential graduates to join its Accelerated Leadership Program, a four six-month rotation plan designed to develop leaders through hands-on experience and mentoring. Each rotation may be located at Schaeffler facilities across the North American region, including an initial start in Wooster, Ohio.

Participants receive guidance from a dedicated mentor, exposure to aerospace-related and manufacturing environments, and formal leadership training to prepare for a guaranteed

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA.
• At least two relevant co-op or internship rotations.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment preferred.
• Leadership experience or exposure preferred.
• Willingness to relocate every six months.
• Exposure to aerospace or advanced manufacturing environments.
• Strong engineering principles and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a four-rotation accelerated leadership program across North America.
• Work with mentors to develop best practices and leadership capabilities.
• Gain cross-functional exposure with subject-m matter experts.
• Complete development milestones and track progress through the program.
• Position upon graduation is guaranteed after completing rotations.

Job description

• The Accelerated Leadership Program is comprised of four six-month rotations that provide cross-departmental exposure.
• Each rotation can be located at any of our facilities throughout the North American Region (USA, Mexico and Canada), including the possibility for other international rotations.
• The first rotation will start in Wooster, Ohio.
• Partner with a mentor who is an experienced professional leader to develop best practices and evolve into a leader at Schaeffler.
• Gain knowledge alongside experts in relevant and cross-functional departments.
• Trained based on the 70:20:10 model which emphasizes a mixture of hands-on experience, mentoring, and formal training.
• Leadership training and tools to develop leadership skills.
• Complete rotation development milestones.
• Become equipped for your guaranteed position upon graduation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant Engineering discipline or Engineering Technology
• Minimum 3.0 GPA
• At least two relevant co-op or internship rotations
• Experience in a fast-paced environment preferred
• Leadership experience or exposure preferred
• Strong understanding of engineering principles
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
• Willingness to relocate every six months
• Leadership experience gained through ROTC, military service, student organizations, athletics, or similar structured environments
• Exposure to aerospace, advanced manufacturing, or other complex engineering environments
• Experience contributing in settings that require adaptability, initiative, and strong teamwork
