Job summary

Sonoran Doors in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an Operations & Purchasing Coordinator to drive purchasing, scheduling, and vendor management for luxury custom millwork projects. You will own the change-order workflow, support scheduling, and serve as a friendly first point of contact for clients and partners.

The role requires five or more years of coordination or operations experience, a proactive mindset, and comfort with Google Workspace and project management tools. Real ownership awaits.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of office coordination, operations, or executive assistant experience.
• Direct experience with purchasing, vendor management, or PO processing.
• Comfort communicating professionally with high-end customers, vendors, and professional partners.
• Fluency with Google Workspace and comfort with spreadsheets and project management software.
• Willingness to learn new tools independently.
• A warm, professional presence — in person, on the phone, and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Purchasing for every job — generating POs, tracking orders, verifying deliveries, and maintaining vendor relationships
• Driving the change order workflow from builder request through builder approval
• Supporting the Project Manager with scheduling, coordinating install and delivery windows with builders
• Owning JobTread documentation — every project, every communication, every commitment logged and tracked
• Managing the finish sample process in coordination with the Finishing Department
• Serving as first point of contact for phone calls and visitors
• Supporting the President and VP of Operations with executive administrative work
