Job summary

Allient Milwaukee | TCI is seeking a Purchasing Coordinator to manage purchase orders in our ERP system and coordinate production material sourcing. You will monitor supplier performance, maintain KPI data, and assist with pricing and delivery coordination.

Collaborate with production, sales, and logistics to ensure material availability and on-time delivery; occasional travel to Oshkosh may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school education with at least two years of experience in Purchasing.
• Experience in Purchasing, Production Control or related roles.
• Experience with ERP systems (Epicor preferred).

Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain purchase orders in ERP.
• Place production material orders with suppliers and expedite deliveries.
• Monitor supplier performance on delivery, quality, and cost.
• Maintain and update KPI records for suppliers.
• Collaborate with inside sales to drop ship items and handle intercompany orders.
• Attend daily morning Production meetings if required.
• Travel to Allient Oshkosh up to 20%.
