Superior Tire & Rubber Corp. is seeking a Buyer to start with purchase execution and supplier coordination, growing into higher-complexity sourcing and cross-functional projects as the company scales its purchasing function.
Applicants should have 2–5 years in purchasing or supply chain roles, strong organization, and excellent communication with suppliers and internal teams. This position offers a clear growth path and competitive base pay with full-time benefits.
We're hiring a Buyer with real long-term upside. This role starts by owning purchase execution and supplier coordination, and it's built for someone who wants to grow — first into greater commodity ownership and responsibility, and over time into a Procurement/Supply Chain Specialist role: a senior individual-contributor position handling higher-complexity sourcing, supplier strategy, and cross-functional project work as our purchasing function scales alongside the company. It's a track built for people who want increasing responsibility and impact, not just a title change.
As Superior Tire grows, so does the need for experienced people who can own bigger pieces of the purchasing function without necessarily stepping into management. This role is designed with that in mind: a capable Buyer can grow into a Senior Buyer, and from there into a Procurement/Supply Chain Specialist — a high-responsibility role handling strategic sourcing, supplier relationships, and cross-functional initiatives. For the right person with continued strong performance, this also positions them well for purchasing leadership opportunities down the road as the team and company expand.
