We're on the hunt for a detail-loving, organized go-getter to join our team as an Office Purchasing & Mail Coordinator. If you're looking for a flexible hybrid schedule, a supportive team, and a role with a great mix of logistics, problem-solving, and communication, this could be your next move.
Handle day-to-day purchasing of office supplies and printed materials for our corporate and branch locations
Work directly with vendors to find alternatives when items are unavailable
Approve and assign purchase orders (yes, even for things like flowers!)
Coordinate all things print - from ordering to making sure the right files are ready to go
Take charge of shipping, receiving, and all mail operations for the corporate office
Keep our breakroom stocked and help out with the fun stuff - like prepping for company events
Solve problems on the fly - from supply snags to mail hiccups and workspace fixes
A high school diploma or GED (bonus points if you've got some college under your belt)
At least 2 years of purchasing or office operations experience
A proactive, problem-solving mindset and killer attention to detail
Strong communication and customer service skills
You know your way around Microsoft Office
