This individual will report to the Director of Procurement and assist other members of the purchasing team. You must live in one of these locations to be considered for this remote position. ( Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, South Carolina, North Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, DC, Kentucky, Pennsylvania, Ohio or Washington.)

Duties/Responsibilities:

General Purchasing duties - Utilize purchasing system for procurement of products

General Office Management duties – ordering supplies for the office and the organization, Act as facilities liaison as needed, Ensure office equipment is properly maintained and serviced, Assist with event planning and coordination

General Reception duties – direct calls to the correct staff member

Be a reliable team player with an attention to detail to ensure accurate work

Look for opportunities to expand this role

Required Skills/Abilities:

Positive, courteous attitude, desire to provide top-level customer service

Proficient in Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel)

Internet skills including use of e-mails, group messaging and information gathering

Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively to work in a fast moving environment

Effective communication skills, both verbal and written

Typing skills to ensure quick and accurate data entry

Willing to learn; Capable of acquiring new skill sets and self-improvement

Education and Experience:

Previous office experience is preferred (summer internship experience is ok)

Compensation

The base pay for this position has a salary range of $40,000 to $44,000. The actual salary offer will take in to account a wide range of factors including the individual’s qualifications, experience as well as location. In addition, certain positions are eligible for bonuses.
