CS Automation, a Tramec Company, located in Ontario, NY, is seeking a full-time Purchasing / Assembly Technology Assistant to support the Purchasing Manager and Assembly Technology Coordinator in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of supply chain experience.
• Strong Excel skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred.
• Able to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; professional vendor relations.

Responsibilities

• Run weekly overdue purchase order reports and follow up with vendors.
• Run weekly expedite reports and manage delivery timelines.
• Resolve receipt issues by notifying vendors and coordinating with warehouse.
• Fulfill requests for Certificates of Conformance (C of C) and related docs.
• Assist Purchasing Manager with inventory management projects.
• Assist Assembly Technology scheduling and documentation.
• Serve as liaison between accounting, production, shipping, and sales.
