Job summary

gpac has partnered with an established manufacturing company seeking a hands-on Purchasing & Inventory Manager in Wisconsin. You will negotiate supplier pricing and terms, monitor vendor performance, and expedite critical materials.

You will improve inventory accuracy through cycle counts and audits, and work to reduce shortages, excess inventory, and production disruptions. 5+ years in purchasing, inventory, supply chain, or manufacturing operations with ERP/MRP skills and a relevant degree or

• 5+ years in purchasing, inventory, supply chain, or manufacturing operations.
• Strong understanding of raw materials and manufacturing processes; steel, fabrication, or machining experience preferred.
• Strong ERP/MRP skills.
• Proven supplier negotiation and continuous improvement experience.
• Relevant degree or equivalent experience.
