Job summary

gpac LLC. partners with an established manufacturing company to recruit a hands-on Purchasing & Inventory Manager responsible for optimizing supplier negotiations, inventory accuracy, and material flow.

The role emphasizes cycle counts, audits, and continuous improvement to minimize shortages and production disruptions. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in purchasing/inventory or manufacturing ops, with strong ERP/MRP experience and a degree or equivalent background.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in purchasing, inventory, supply chain, or manufacturing operations.
• Strong understanding of raw materials and manufacturing processes; steel, fabrication, or machining experience preferred.
• Strong ERP/MRP skills
• Proven supplier negotiation and continuous improvement experience.
• Relevant degree or equivalent experience.
