Job summary

GPAC is partnering with an established manufacturing company seeking a hands-on Purchasing & Inventory Manager to optimize sourcing, stocking, and material flow in Delafield, WI.

In this role you will negotiate supplier terms, manage ERP/MRP workflows, and lead cycle counts to improve inventory accuracy while reducing shortages and costs across production operations. Collaborate with manufacturing leads to align procurement with production schedules and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in purchasing, inventory, or supply chain.
• Experience in manufacturing operations; steel/fabrication/machining preferred.
• Strong ERP/MRP knowledge.
• Proven negotiation and continuous improvement experience.
• Relevant degree or equivalent experience.

• Strong understanding of raw materials and manufacturing processes; steel, fabrication, or machining experience preferred.
• Strong ERP/MRP skills
• Proven supplier negotiation and continuous improvement experience.
• Relevant degree or equivalent experience.
