Job Title: Purchasing and Inventory Coordinator

Job Scope and Skill Set: Responsible for all purchasing activities and supervision of vendor deliveries. Coordination of purchasing to meet production schedules and customer demands, including vendor and inventory management, and adherence to AS9100 procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all purchasing activities, including raw materials ordering, negotiations, and vendor relationships.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials, supplies, and services as per production schedules.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels, perform physical cycle counts.
• Develop relationships with vendors and suppliers, ensuring quality and on-time performance.
• Work with the Operations Manager to optimize supply chain solutions.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, comply with quality and safety policies.

Salary: $52,000 - $70,000 per year
