Job summary

Duke University Health System seeks a Manager of Analytics to lead the supply chain analytics and BI initiative, owning Power BI dashboards and related tools across multiple verticals. The role focuses on turning data into actionable insights, automating data processes, and guiding leaders in using analytics to drive value and decisions.

You will manage a small team, collaborate with IT, finance, sourcing, and operations, and advance governance and data quality to support enterprise performance

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field or related discipline.
Experience leading analytics teams and delivering enterprise-wide BI solutions.
Proven ability to translate business needs into analytics products and dashboards.

Responsibilities

Lead analytics and BI initiatives across Duke Health Supply Chain.
Own Power BI dashboards and related BI products; ensure reliability and governance.
Automate data collection and develop repeatable data pipelines.
Partner with cross-functional teams to improve data quality and reporting speed.
Train leaders to use analytics tools and drive adoption.
Manage three analysts and champion standard work and accountability.
