• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Operations, or related field.
• Or a minimum of 2 years of equivalent purchasing, supply execution, operations, or related experience.
• Strong Excel skills and basic ERP navigation.

Responsibilities

• Execute purchase orders in line with planning recommendations, contracts, and supplier agreements.
• Monitor open orders, delivery performance, and supplier confirmations; address routine discrepancies.
• Escalate supply risks, shortages, and delivery issues to senior analysts or supervisors.
• Communicate order status and basic supply issues to internal stakeholders.
• Maintain procurement data, order records, and ERP transactions accurately.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in procurement execution and supplier performance.
