The Supply Chain Manager, Purchasing is a people leader responsible for overseeing procurement execution, supplier performance, and team effectiveness across assigned materials, suppliers, or business units.
This role leads the procurement team, ensures consistent execution of procurement processes, and owns escalation management, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives. The Supply Chain Manager, Purchasing partners closely with Supply Planning, Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), Operations, and Finance to translate planning signals into reliable supply execution while developing procurement talent and maintaining execution discipline.
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field and a minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply execution.
