Job summary

IMCD US, LLC is seeking a Supply Planning Analyst to translate demand forecasts into feasible supply and inventory plans. You will learn planning processes, evaluate constraints, and support demand–supply reconciliation under guidance from senior analysts and leadership.

You will collaborate with Demand Planning, Procurement, and S&OP to develop inventory strategy, run scenario analyses, and support planning initiatives, while executing within established tools and work standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years of experience in supply chain/related roles.
• Foundational understanding of supply chain concepts and planning processes.
• Ability to analyze data, identify basic trends, and follow established planning processes.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; ability to learn ERP and planning systems.
• Ability to manage routine tasks and meet deadlines in a team setting.

Responsibilities

• Support development and maintenance of supply and inventory plans based on demand forecasts, lead times, and planning parameters.
• Monitor supply signals, inventory levels, and basic capacity constraints; flag risks or exceptions.
• Assist with demand–supply reconciliation and inputs for S&OP discussions.
• Execute planning transactions and maintain accurate planning data in ERP and planning systems.
• Support cross-functional communication with Procurement, Demand Planning, and Operations.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to planning accuracy and inventory performance.
