Job summary

The Building People, LLC seeks a full-time Purchasing Agent to support government contracting activities in a multi-site environment including Charlotte, NC. The role focuses on placing orders under established contracts, performing pre-award and post-award actions, and ensuring adherence to FAR, SAT, and client policies.

You will use FPDS-NG, ECF, EBuy, and other procurement tools while maintaining accuracy, timeliness, and regulatory compliance across acquisitions of supplies, services, and

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• At least two (2) years experience in contract purchasing or similar position.
• Requires 20 Hours of Professional Acquisition Related Training (Annually)

Responsibilities

• Place government orders against established contracts.
• Perform pre-award and post-award contracting actions.
• All procurement actions under SAT and FAR guidance.
• Use various purchasing procedures to acquire supplies, services, and construction.
• Ensure regulatory compliance throughout the purchasing process.
