Shaddock Homes, a fast-growing family homebuilding company based in Plano, Texas, has been serving the Dallas area for over 50 years. We specialize in award-winning move-up and high-end luxury homes primarily in the cities north of Dallas.
We are currently seeking a Purchasing Agent.
The Purchasing Agent will assist in preparing accurate budgets, reducing direct construction costs, and controlling variance expenditures. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, detail-oriented, possess a strong work ethic, and be a valuable team player. They will provide our construction managers, sales agents, and designers with reliable tools, such as skilled tradesmen, precise purchase orders, and competitively priced upgrade options, enabling us to deliver greater value and service to our homeowners.
Work hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
