What’s next in your Survey career? Join us and grow your career! We are always looking for experienced Survey Project Managers to join our team. This position requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, as you will interact with internal team members and external clients. You must be able to work independently and in a team environment while managing several major project activities simultaneously.

Remote opportunities will be considered for experienced Professional Land Surveyors registered in IL who meet the position requirements and reside in the following states: IN, IL, OH, NC, SC, AZ, CO, FL, MI, MO, NE, TN, WA, and WI.

General Responsibilities include:

1. Participate in business development activities to develop and maintain relationships with clients.
2. Prepare various land surveys including Alta, Boundary, Topographic, Condominium, Route, and Residential.
3. Manage survey projects from setup to completion.
4. Bid on new projects and create/write proposals.
5. Manage client interactions.
6. Maintain project budgets and collections.
7. Assist other Project Managers and Professional Land Surveyors with drafting and project preparation.

Qualifications

• Must have 7+ years of land surveying experience.
• Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D, with experience in construction calculations, Boundary, and Topographic Survey.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel are required.
• Professional licensure is mandatory.
• Experience working on tollways, highways, or roadways is preferred.
