Job summary

Lippert Components is seeking a Purchasing Administrative Coordinator in the United States (Wisconsin, Altoona). Responsibilities include verifying requirements, processing purchase orders, and expediting items with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries.

Ideal candidates have ERP experience (D365 preferred) and strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel). Manufacturing experience is a plus. This is a full-time, on-site role with comprehensive benefits.

  • Strong Microsoft Office Skills - Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

  • Verifies purchase requisitions by comparing items requested to master list; clarifying unclear items; recommending alternatives.
  • Purchase Order processing. Obtains purchased items by forwarding orders to suppliers; monitoring and expediting orders.
  • Vendor and Supplier Management
  • Inventory and Stock Control. Forwards available inventory items by verifying stock; scheduling delivery.
  • Verifies receipt of items by comparing items received to items ordered; resolves shipments in error with suppliers.
  • Authorizes payment for purchases by forwarding receiving documentation and invoices.
  • Data and Record keeping. Keeps information accessible by sorting and filing documents.
  • Supplier Compliance. Ensuring all suppliers have completed all compliance information and submitting to the Compliance Department

Purchasing Administrative Coordinator

Our Purchasing Administrative Coordinator will obtain requirements by verifying, preparing, and forwarding purchase orders; verify receipt of items; authorize payments.
