Job summary

Summary/Objective: This role is responsible for being a support system to an LCI team.

Supervisory Responsibility: This position has no supervisory responsibility upon hiring.

While performing the duties of this job, the team member is regularly required to talk and hear. This position requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling. The team member may have to lift and/or move items over 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: This is a seasonal hourly position, and the expected work hours are decided by the hiring manager.

Travel: Travel would be minimal and primarily local during the business day.

Required Education And Experience:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Human Resource Management, Business Administration with an HR concentration, Organizational Leadership, or a related field.
  • Preferred junior or senior standing in an accredited college or university program.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
