Qualifications

• Familiarity with ResWare or similar closing software is valuable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of real estate purchase closings.
• Communicate with clients, lenders, real estate agents, and attorneys to ensure timely and accurate closings.
• Prepare and review settlement statements, closing disclosures, and affidavits.
• Approve disbursements in accordance with contracts and legal requirements.
• Collaborate with post-closing teams to ensure proper recording and policy issuance.
• Resolve document deficiencies and obtain curative documents as needed.
• Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to meet deadlines and service expectations.
