You will lead drivers, coordinate field trips, manage scheduling and payroll, and monitor performance metrics to support student programs.

This role requires a proven leadership style, routing software knowledge, and the ability to maintain confidential records while adhering to FERPA regulations; this on-site position offers growth

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• 4 years of pupil transportation experience.
• 2 years supervisory experience preferred.
• Valid Driver License, Class B CDL with S and P endorsements.
• Background check, DOT physical, and drug screen.
• Knowledge of school policies and procedures.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Proficient Microsoft Office and routing software.

Responsibilities

• Lead Transportation employees daily to fulfill contracted services.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws.
• Enforce safety policies; model commitment to safety.
• Coordinate dispatching, field trips, and vehicle readiness.
• Recruit, hire, and train location staff.
• Monitor on-time performance, missed runs, and customer data.
• Validate payroll and manage attendance/overtime.
• Maintain confidential records and FERPA compliance.
• Respond to emergencies and weather-related closures.
• Prepare reports for company and customers.
