Custom Control Sensors, LLC is seeking a Punch Press Operator to operate pre-setup runs on punch presses in our Phoenix facility. The role requires careful measurement, use of calipers, and adherence to quality standards.

Level I/II responsibilities include performing set-ups with various dies, adjusting shut height, and maintaining output that meets or exceeds specifications. ITAR compliance and teamwork are essential for success in this production environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Six months experience in related field with additional trade school training.
• Must read and follow written and verbal instructions in English.

Responsibilities

• Operate pre-setup runs on punch press.
• Perform set-ups for Level II with various dies.
• Inspect parts using calipers and measuring equipment.
• Maintain output that meets or exceeds specifications.
• Adhere to quality standards and safety, overtime as needed.
• Collaborate effectively with a team and adapt to changes.
