Job summary

Donaldson is a leader in filtration technology seeking a production associate to assemble products and package components in a steady-paced environment. You will operate various machines, perform quality checks, and document results to support continuous improvement.

You will rotate through multiple production roles, maintain clean work areas per 6S, and use computers for data entry and labeling tasks. This role requires lifting up to 35 lbs and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Pass an aptitude test covering basic math, reading directions and diagrams.
• Able to lift up to 35 lbs regularly and stand for long periods.
• Overtime may be required.
• Read blueprints and understand verbal and written instructions.
• Use hand/power tools and measuring equipment (gages, calipers, indicators, scales, tapes).
• Communicate effectively orally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products and package components per blueprints and instructions.
• Set ups and operate various machines and equipment.
• Conduct quality checks and complete required documentation (scrap sheets, logs).
• Rotate through production roles as needed in a steady-paced environment.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area following 6S principles.
• Use a computer for data entry and creating labels.
