Job summary

Responsibilities

• Makes own set ups and operates punch presses to produce parts.
• Performs daily machine maintenance.
• Sharpens and mount (assembly) washer dies.
• Verifies dimensions of parts for adherence to specifications, enter data of key characteristics into the SPC program.
• Documents on the work order the information required for traceability of the operation performed.
• Enter data into the tracking system by scanning the work order and enter quantity produced, and applicable notes.
