Custom Control Sensors is seeking a Punch Press Operator for the Phoenix, AZ area. The role requires operating punch press machinery, performing pre-setup runs, and ensuring parts meet specifications on a full-time basis.

The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma or GED and at least 6 months of related experience with training, plus the ability to read and follow written and verbal English instructions. This position is on-site with standard shift hours and benefits available.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. citizen or legal permanent resident for ITAR compliance.
• Ability to learn punch press setup and operation.
• Adequate manual dexterity to set up or operate punch press machinery.
• Ability to read, write and follow written and verbal instructions in English.
• Ability to work with numerical sequences.
• Team oriented with flexibility and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Operate punch press pre-setup runs and inspect parts for conformance.
• Set up dies and operate punch press including various die types; ensure output meets specifications.
