Hubbell Incorporated in Wisconsin is seeking a Production Worker to operate NC/CNC machines, loading and unloading parts and inspecting for quality. You will be responsible for tool offsets to maintain tight tolerances and for ongoing quality checks, including first-piece and subsequent inspections.
Group safety and housekeeping are essential as you will read blueprints, handle micrometers and calipers, and document basic productivity and quality reports.
Perform production work on a variety of machines including NC/CNC machines loading and unloading parts, and inspection of the parts to insure quality. Must be able to make tool offsets in the machine control to maintain tolerances on the parts being produced. Will have the opportunity to acquire the skills necessary to advance to the Machine Shop Operator #1 classification.
