Purpose
This role manages various production activities like assembly, material forming or shaping, processing, treating, or packaging, etc. to ensure production excellence and to meet established specifications, schedules, volume, cost, wastage targets, quality standards, and service‑level agreements.
Key Missions
- Follow and comply with all OSHA and company safety procedures.
- Adhere to the Idemia Quality Policy.
- Contribute to team success by meeting target volumes monthly.
- Demonstrate ability to count parts per hour or pieces per hour.
- Set up, operate, and produce product within ISO specifications while meeting machine expectations provided by the Production Supervisor.
- Cross‑train within the department as described by the Production Supervisor to create flexibility within the teams.
- Use various precision equipment; some experience with computers is required, plus attention to detail and the ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
- Be willing to work overtime during the week and weekends as business needs demand.
- Maintain 5S activities for machines/area operated to include TPM tasks.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- Basic math skills.
- Ability to work in a team‑based environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with metal card manufacturing (CNC, printing, hot stamp, lamination, mechanical punch equipment).
- Experience in ISO/QS type quality systems.
- Lean manufacturing experience preferred.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office applications.
- Ability to train others.
