Job summary

ITT Inc. is seeking a Sales Representative for the Flow Technologies group to manage and grow the South Alabama/ Florida Panhandle territory. You will sell engineered pumps, parts, and service while pursuing growth targets and maintaining strong customer relationships.

You will coordinate with the Gould's Pumps service center and leverage industry knowledge to deliver solutions, drive revenue, and build lasting partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5 years related experience, or equivalent combination.
• Experience selling rotating equipment repair and upgrade services.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret pump and system drawings.

Responsibilities

• Develop customers for increased portfolio sales through consultative and solution selling.
• Establish relationships with key buying influencers at target accounts.
• Make sales presentations to demonstrate service and upgrade capabilities.
• Maintain value-based account plans for the territory.
• Provide monthly reports on competitor information, customer needs, and market conditions.
• Collaborate with the Gould's Pumps Cullman PRO Service Center.
