Job summary

ITT Inc. is seeking a Sales Representative for the Flow Technologies group to manage and grow the South Alabama/Florida Panhandle territory, selling engineered pumps, parts, and service for Gould's Pumps and other ITT pump brands.

You will develop new and existing end-user customers, create sales plans, and meet annual growth targets in a designated territory, with travel as needed within the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 5 years related experience preferred.
• Experience in rotating equipment sales or service is required.
• Strong communication and analytical skills; ability to read pump drawings.

Responsibilities

• Develop customers to increase portfolio sales through consultative and solution selling.
• Establish relationships with key buyers at target accounts; present value-based services.
• Maintain quotes and report competitor activity and market conditions monthly.
• Collaborate with service centers for repairs and upgrades.
• Travel within the territory to meet customers and growth targets.
