Job summary

NexTier Completion Solutions Inc. in Odessa, TX is seeking a Pumping Specialist to support pumping operations with a focus on safety and efficiency.

You will coordinate rig-up and rig-down, supervise crew, interact with customers, and ensure compliance with SOPs and regulatory standards, while actively participating in safety meetings. Strong communication and CDL-A are required; experience 3–5 years in oilfield operations preferred.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Education: High School Diploma or GED, or applicable experience required.
• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of oilfield experience required.
• Licenses and Certifications: Must have a valid CDL A driver's license with proper endorsements for the type of vehicle operated, issued by the state of residence.
