NexTier Completion Solutions Inc. in Odessa, TX is seeking a Pumping Specialist to support oilfield pumping operations and ensure safety and efficiency on site.

Responsibilities include coordinating rig-up/rig-down, maintaining SOP compliance, and coaching crew members while maintaining strong customer relations. Must hold a CDL A and have 3–5 years of oilfield experience with excellent communication.

• Participate in safety meetings, identify and address risks and hazards.
• Perform other tasks and duties as assigned.
• Utilize competency processes to enhance job performance.

Language Comprehension:

Must understand and speak English at a level allowing issuance, receipt, and response to safety and operations-related directions.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Education: High School Diploma or GED, or applicable experience required.
• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of oilfield experience required.
• Licenses and Certifications: Must have a valid CDL A driver's license with proper endorsements for the type of vehicle operated, issued by the state of residence.
