Job summary

NexTier Completion Solutions Inc. is seeking a Pumpdown Operator & Specialist based out of Pearsall, TX. The role involves advanced pumping operations, rig-up/rig-down, and maintenance of fluid and nitrogen equipment at customer sites and shop locations.

You will support pre-job and post-job execution, complete required documentation, and participate in safety leadership activities while ensuring compliance with company and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of fluid and nitrogen pump operations and maintenance.
• Knowledge of DOT rules and regulations applicable to the role.
• Knowledge of company policies, QHSE standards, and PSL guidelines.
• Knowledge of driver logs and job documentation requirements.

Responsibilities

• Rig up and rig down CT-related fluid and nitrogen equipment.
• Operate pumping equipment according to procedures.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment.
• Complete and submit job paperwork and logs accurately and on time.
• Support pre-job and post-job activities and safety leadership.
