Job summary

Minimum two years experience in inspection, repair and assembly of pumps or rotating equipment.
Ability to read OEM manuals, bills of materials, and customer specifications.

Responsibilities

Receive incoming equipment data and photos; verify model, serial, and nameplate.
Disassemble pumps and related equipment per OEM procedures; tag and photograph parts.
Measure fits, clearances, runout and wear with precision tools and record results.
Complete teardown inspection checklist and identify parts to replace or repair.
Identify required parts and prepare a complete parts list for work scope and pricing.
Estimate repair hours by task to support quotes.
Repair and rebuild centrifugal and related pumps and gearboxes.
Install seals, bearings, couplings and wear parts per OEM specs.
