ITT Inc. is seeking a Pump Mechanic/Inspector for our Colfax, NC PRO Services shop. You will support aftermarket repairs and upgrades, performing inspections, testing, and documentation to improve equipment reliability and reduce ownership costs.

Ideal candidates troubleshoot rotating equipment, read pump drawings, and collaborate across teams to meet customer requirements while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical degree preferred.
• Experience with rotating equipment and pumps is essential.
• Strong ability to read blueprints and pump drawings.

Responsibilities

• Provide work scope and material based on customer specs.
• Inspect materials, report defects and ensure inspection records are complete.
• Review running clearances and perform final inspections.
• Conduct air and hydro-testing and ensure safe operation.
• Coordinate with engineering and document results accurately.
