Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a BS in Chemical or Biochemical Engineering.
• GPA of 2.7 or higher.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with chemical/process calculations beneficial.
• Familiarity with process simulation and hydraulic analysis software beneficial.
• CAD experience (AutoCAD or Microstation) beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Assist in routine engineering tasks under direct supervision.
• Support design calculations, spreadsheets, drawings, and sketches.
• Develop conceptual process designs and preliminary studies.
• Assist in producing estimate-level designs and material take-offs.
• Support safety, cost, schedule, and quality objectives.
