Job summary

Georgia-Pacific LLC is seeking a Maintenance Superintendent (Pulp - Fiberline) in Brunswick, GA to lead the maintenance team and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the fiberline.

You will develop and execute strategies to improve equipment reliability, manage spend, and collaborate with engineering to plan maintenance activities. Strong leadership and safety focus are essential.

Responsibilities

• Act as safety champion and aim for zero incidents.

• Collaborate with teams to improve maintenance and production efficiency.
• Coordinate scheduled maintenance and ensure timely execution.
• Partner with Learning & Development to train maintenance staff.
• Manage department budget and maintenance spend.
