Qualifications

• Must hold an active Nurse Practitioner license.
• Minimum 1 year supervisory experience in a skilled nursing facility.
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Examine patients and review medical records.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests.
• Diagnose health conditions and plan treatments.
• Prescribe medications and manage chronic infections.
• Maintain patient records and schedules.
• Educate patients and families on diseases and prevention.
• Lead and mentor NP team and conduct team meetings.
• Assist with onboarding of new NPs and monitor performance.
• Provide coverage at other Florida facilities when needed.
