KOPA, Inc. seeks a Nurse Practitioner to diagnose and treat health conditions, promote preventive care, and oversee a team of NPs at Avante Jacksonville. You will perform physical exams, interpret tests, prescribe medications, and educate patients and families on disease prevention.

The role requires collaborating with healthcare professionals, strong communication, and commitment to ongoing clinical learning. Occasional in-state travel may occur.

Qualifications

• Licensed NP with active Florida license and board certification.
• Experience in skilled nursing facility settings preferred.
• Strong leadership and ability to mentor other NPs.

Responsabilités

• Examine patients and their medical records.
• Order and study diagnostic tests and interpret results.
• Diagnose health conditions and propose treatments.
• Prescribe medications and maintain patient records.
• Educate patients and families on diseases and prevention.
• Lead and mentor NP team; participate in meetings.
• Assist onboarding and training of new NPs.
• Support facility leadership and refine workflows.
