The Ideal candidate holds an MD or DO, completed a Pulmonary Medicine or Pulmonary/Critical Care fellowship, and is board eligible or certified. NJ license or eligibility is required, with a focus on high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree.
• Completion of an accredited Pulmonary Medicine or Pulmonary/Critical Care Medicine fellowship.
• Board eligible or board certified in Pulmonary Disease.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience preferred.
• New Jersey medical license or eligibility.
• Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a busy practice environment.

Responsibilities

• Outpatient pulmonary consultations and follow-up care.
• Diagnosis and management of respiratory diseases.
• Evaluation of chronic and acute pulmonary conditions.
• Interpretation of pulmonary diagnostic testing.
• Collaboration with primary care physicians, hospitalists, and other specialists.
• Providing high-quality, evidence-based patient care.
• Participation in the medical staff and department activities as appropriate.

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $320,000- 350,000 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
